Recently rated the #1 donut shop in Austin, Bougies Donuts is looking for bakers and donut decorators to join our rapidly growing team. Experience is not required, we will train the right people. Our ideal candidate is positive, self-motivated, team oriented and is super-duper-duper reliable.
Pay is $12hr tip pool = $16-$20/hr
Donut Production Schedule
Our Donut Production team has the following schedules.
- *Kitchen Crew - 3:00am - 10:00am (appx) *Currently looking for part time/full time Kitchen Crew Members, hiring immediately! *Must be available Friday-Sunday*
Responsibilities
- *Weigh and measure ingredients *Mix and blend batters *Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough *Fry donuts *Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed *Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods *Prepare and maintain inventory *Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Qualifications
- *Attention to detail in all aspects of baking *Work well with a team *Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal *Experience a plus but not required.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.00 - $20.00/hour.
